Around the Table  


Spring 2025Around the Table is an installation that turns a familiar dining experience into a reflection on how meals connect us. The project features a series of restaurant-style menus, each designed to blend research-backed data with the language of dining—appetizers, mains, desserts, and drinks—all revealing how food strengthens relationships, builds trust, and brings people closer. A risograph-printed “Thank You” guest check invites visitors to write down their favorite part of sharing a meal, mirroring the communal and sentimental nature of dining. Set up as a welcoming table, this installation transforms everyday interactions with food into a deeper look at why gathering around a meal matters.
